Types/grades of steels

1. Non-alloy steel tubes, with specified characteristics at ambient temperature.
The manufacturing processes and delivery conditions for seamless, non-alloy steel tubes used under pressure are given in SR EN 10216-1 / EN 10216-1.
The grades of non-alloy steel, with specified characteristics at ambient temperature, for seamless tubes used under pressure are P195TR1; P195TR2; P235TR1; P235TR2; P265TR1; P265TR2.
2. Non-alloy and alloy steel tubes, with specified characteristics at high temperature.
The grades of steels, heat treatment, and delivery conditions for these tubes are specified in SR EN 10216-2 / EN 10216-2.
Some of these grades are: P195GH; P235GH; P265GH; 16Mo3; 8MoB5-4; 13CrMo4-5; 25CrMo4.
3. Non-alloy and alloy steel tubes, with specified characteristics at low temperature.
The heat treatment conditions for non-alloy and alloy steels with specified characteristics at low temperature for seamless tubes used under pressure are given in table no. 1, SR EN 10216-4 / EN 10216-4.
The grades of non-alloy and alloy steel, with specified characteristics at low temperature, are P215NL; P255QL; P265NL; 26CrMo4-2; 11MnNi5-3; 13MnNi6-3; 12Ni4; X2Ni5; X10Ni9.
